It features, in its private and sheltered courtyard, a 13 metre lap pool with a spa for those afternoons when the sea breezes become a little strong (The pool and spa can be optionally heated in the cooler months).

The Villa has been architecturally designed according to the premise of Feng Shui to energize the spirit and calm the mind.

A small waterfall feature gently cascades from inside the house to a pond outside complete with beautiful water lilies and gold fishes for good fortune. Inside the decor is modern but casual, restful & beachy - the fully equipped light stone kitchen extends to a spacious lounge room with double bi-fold doors which completely open to the outside pool and barbeque areas.

Upstairs on the mezzanine level are two large double bedrooms with private Balinese-styled gazebo balconies and comfy lounges for a quiet read with light ocean breezes caressing you. There are two bathrooms adjoining the bedrooms, both with shower and bathtubs. With two more bedrooms and a third bathroom the villa can sleep eight in comfort. It is an ideal for families or friends to meet and enjoy a memorable holiday together or for retreats and small business conferences.

Exceptional homewares, crisp cotton linens, quality beds, soft pillows and towels, and beautiful kitchenware are all supplied to make your holiday extra special. A double auto garage protects your vehicle if you chose to drive but the airport is only 5mins away and pick-up can be arranged. Complimentary bikes, surfboards, DVD's, games, books and magazines are supplied for your interest and leisure.
